Our cutting boards are made to be used regularly and kept for the long term. We stand behind how they’re made and how they’re meant to be used, and we approach returns with the same level of care and fairness.
When a return makes sense
If a board doesn’t hold up under normal use, or if it doesn’t meet expectations once it becomes part of your routine, we’re happy to review a return and make it right — including a refund when appropriate
Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, after the board has been used in regular preparation.
Return shipping
If a return is approved, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once the board is received, refunds are processed promptly.
Use considerations
Our boards are designed for regular kitchen use. Damage caused by dropping on hard surfaces, misuse, or intentional alteration isn’t covered. If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, reach out — we’re always fair in how we assess each situation.
